- The Medical Review Officer is the ultimate line of defense in drug testing. As our client, you look to Drug & Alcohol
Mgmt to protect you, the donor, and the process. Our goal is to make sure you are always confident about the information we
provide.
We utilize only Certified Medical Review Officers .Test results are transmitted through secure electronic channels from the labs to
our Medical Review Office. After reviewing the test with the donor, the MRO reports the test as positive or negative. That final
decision rests with the MRO, thus relieving you as the employer, from any of the liability of that test report.

- We have partnered with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) certified and national accredited laboratories to
ensure government regulations and standards are met. These labs use immunoassay, which meets the requirements of the Food
and Drug Administration for commercial distribution.
- Customized Reporting
- Drug & Alcohol Mgmt. reports all DOT regulated test results as well as non regulated Positive test results with the signature of our
MRO
for authenticity.
